Two things you can create — a Trip or an Event — and three guides to running them. Picking the right one up front saves confusion later.
Planning a group trip
More than one day, with lodging and travel — up to 30 days. Build the itinerary together, invite by QR code or email, share a recap or the plan afterward, reuse it next year.
Read the trip guide →Planning an event
One gathering, up to 7 days — birthday, reunion, wedding, work party. One shared page, a QR code a whole room can scan, everyone’s photos in one album.
Read the event guide →Running a tour
For guides and organised groups. The Tour Group plan seats 50, starts with a hidden roster and photos-only joiners, and one QR code gets a whole coach in. Reuse the itinerary next season.

The free iPhone and Android apps are the better way to run either one — full screen, photos you can save straight to your camera roll, notifications as things change. Both work in a browser too, and the people you invite never install anything; they each sign in with an email, so it’s clear who added what.
